They are such a great company with great owners. Everytime we have ever had an experience with them has been amazing! My daughter loves their stuffed animals and bounce houses and looks forward to the events they provide their services to!

I have used JC Magical Moonwalks in a personal and professional capacity and they have done amazing every single time. This is a family owned and operated business that they do such an amazing job handling. They arrive and pick up in a timely manner. Their products are CLEAN and they set everything up and take everything down for you. I have never once had to worry about the main attraction at our parties because I know these will be it every time! It’s a no brainer Highly recommend for your personal parties or for your school parties/ business events!

100/10 recommend! They’re super helpful, quick to respond, great at communicating, and just AMAZING! I had a birthday party at a public park and the city was giving me a hard time about to bounce house. Out of the 500 times I reached out to Cassidy with issues, she never got irritated, and was so kind and ready to help. I could not say enough positive things about this business! And the bounce house was a blast! They’re punctual, professional, friendly, and just a GREAT small business. We will definitely be using them again!!!

These guys are amazing! The communication from day 1 was excellent through the entire booking process. They set up and use a tarp which is awesome!!! Other companies don't do this... it helps to not tear up your yard and created a mess. Very smart thinking on their part ( totally thinking about the customer - so thank you! ) The condition of the bounce house was great! They cleaned it up and even moved our trampoline ect back. Great people plan on using them again and again!

We rented the combo water slide for my son’s bday party and it was perfect!! Drop off and pick up was a breeze. They know what they are doing! We will for sure use them for all of our backyard fun needs!

We’ve used JC Magical Moonwalks 3 times so that should speaks for itself lol. But overall great customer service. I get texts when they are on the way. Setup and tear down are so efficient that you might miss them if you blink. Also, email communication is quick if you need to make any changes. I found my forever party rental company. Thanks y’all!

This is not our first rental and will not be the last. We always have a blast with out jumpy house rentals. Houses are very clean and nice. I definitely recommend JC Magical Moonwalks.
